It was a family vacation in 1985 that was Ryan’s first experience with Fernie. After completing university in Thunder Bay, it was the lure of the bottomless powder in the valley that convinced him to settle here full time.
As the new owner of Re/Max Elk Valley Ryan brings 15 of real estate experience to his team of agents and three offices throughout the valley.
Ryan has been recognized as one of the top real estate agents in the Fernie are for the past 10+ years. Ryan has experience in all areas of real estate, with a specific focus on single family homes, condos, townhouses, hill residential/recreational, single-family homes and investment properties. In his free time in the winter months, expect to find Ryan hunting stashes of powder at Fernie Alpine Resort with his wife Melissa and their 2 children. In the summer months, Ryan enjoys mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, hiking and camping in the surrounding wilderness.
